    Robert

    Robert started his career working for Michelin star restaurants, sharpened his skills learning directly from John Torode before starting in the iconic Quaglino's restaurant in St James. He then went on travelling the World while working for a catering company.

    Robert's cuisine is a modern take on traditional British dishes using flavors from around the World.

    Sammy

    Inspired by Mediterranean cuisine, Sammy likes to experiment using flavors from France, Italy, Lebanon and Morocco.

    Before joining the team, Sammy worked in various places including The Royal Albert Hall.

    Sammy is truly passionate about food and is always bursting with new ideas.
